PEYA Button Maker Rental

Here's how you can rent our button maker:

STEP 1 Download THIS FORM and email info @ peyalliance.com when you are done.
STEP 2 bring your signed form to the EcoSource office, and bring a $100 deposit when you come to pick up the button-maker
STEP 3 once you've made your payment for the buttons (50 cents/ button) you will get a tutorial on how the machine works
STEP 4 return the machine in good working order within 5 days and get your deposit back

Note, this machine is intended as a resource for student environmental groups
